Le Château Trapaud, situé à Saint-Etienne-de-Lisse, s’étend sur 25 ha et produit ses vins en AOC Saint- Emilion Grand Cru, AOC Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux et Vin de France. Il prend son origine à la fin du 15e siècle, lorsque la famille Trapaud s’y installe. Le Château changera ensuite de propriétaires jusqu’à ce qu’en décembre 1925 Georges Larribière achète le domaine composé de vignes, de prairies et de bétail. Ensuite son fils Gaston, puis son petit-fils André ont pris le relais, agrandissant la propriété tout en s’attachant à honorer son terroir exceptionnel. Représentant la 4ème génération, Béatrice Larribière a modernisé le processus de vinification et a converti le domaine en Agriculture Biologique en 2009. Son engagement constant vers une agriculture respectueuse a été confirmé en 2022 par le label Haute Valeur Environnementale. La notoriété du Château Trapaud s’est construite grâce à son Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, produit avec talent par les différentes générations de vignerons. En innovation constante, Béatrice a façonné des micro-cuvées à partir de parcelles avoisinantes : un blanc atypique, le BL, 100% Sauvignon Gris en dénomination Vin de France, et deux Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, La Parcelle 784 élaboré selon la méthode du Saint-Emilion Grand Cru et Un p’tit tour à vélo, vin fruité élevé exclusivement en cuve. S’ajoute la cuvée spéciale en Saint-Emilion grand cru, dénommée Secrets, élevée en partie en amphore. Sa maîtrise technique s’associe à sa nature instinctive pour façonner des vins à la fois subtils et généreux. Point commun de tous ses vins, sa signature BL est un gage de créativité, de rigueur et d’authenticité. Two red wines in Appellation Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux : La Parcelle 784 is elaborated in Saint-Emilion Grand Cru method and Un p’tit tour à Vélo, a fruity wine aged only in valt. In addition, a special "cuvée" in Appellation Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, named « Secrets », aged in barrel and in amphora.
