Barahonda first Michelin Star
We are delighted to share that our restaurant at Bodegas Barahonda has been awarded its first Michelin Star. This recognition reflects the work, passion, and vision behind a project that brings together wine, gastronomy, architecture, and our territory in a truly unique setting within the Yecla Designation of Origin.
As a family-owned winery with more than 100 years of history, we have always believed in combining tradition with innovation. Led by chef Alejandro Ibáñez, our restaurant offers a contemporary interpretation of our landscape, based on local produce, technical precision, and a cuisine defined by creativity and flavor, all enjoyed in a modern space surrounded by vineyards.
This Michelin Star marks an important milestone for us and reinforces our commitment to quality, authenticity, and sharing the essence of Yecla with the world.
