Accessing to Wine Paris

Conditions of access

Wine Paris is an event reserved for wine and spirits professionals or associated businesses, along with journalists. 


It is not open to the general public.


No admission for people under 18, even when accompanied.


Animals are not allowed into the exhibition area.


Appropriate dress is required.

Luggage storage

For security and visitor comfort reasons, any hand luggage exceeding 55cm x 35cm x 25cm (cabin size) must be left at the cloakroom at the entrance of the show.


For your comfort during your visit, we recommend, whenever possible, that you come without luggage.
Club and VIP ticket holders may nevertheless access the lounge with a suitcase and leave it in a dedicated cloakroom (one cloakroom per hall, except Hall 5).

Suitcases will be subject to inspection upon entry to the Exhibition Park.

Entry badge

The entry badge is mandatory for accessing the event and for moving around the exhibition.


This badge is strictly personal. E-badges are allowed to access the event.

The identity of participants can be checked at the entrance.

Security

To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, the following items are strictly prohibited on site.


Weapons, Tools and Pyrotechnics: Weapons of any kind (sharp objects, firearms), any flammable or explosive pyrotechnic items, construction tools or equipment. Sharp objects or items that could be used as projectiles

• Consumables: Alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, narcotics or illegal substances, flammable or hazardous materials, aerosol sprays, candles.

• Personal Protection Equipment: motorcycle helmets, personal mobility devices (motorised or not).

• Other Prohibited Items: full-face masks, protest or demonstration materials.
