Altitude: 450 – 500 m

Climate: Illyrian climate with influence from the Koralpe mountains; the bowl-shaped terrain acts as a natural heat reservoir

Soil: Opok (calcareous marl) with a layer of sand

Whole grapes pressed, spontaneously fermented in oak barrels and aged for 2 years on the fine lees, bottled unfiltered with minimal SO₂.
