Since 6 generations, the AUDIER family has been producing wines in the tradition and respect of the terroir on an area of 17 ha. The mosaic of terroir ranging from the gravelly hilltops of Pomerol adjoining Château Cheval Blanc and Château Figeac to the clay-limestone plateau of Saint Emilion allows the best expression of our grape varieties, Merlot (70%), Cabernet Franc (25%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%). Certified ISO 14001 and High Environmental Value level 3, our desire is to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible: Preserve our soils by working them through mechanical action, our landscapes, our sources, our biodiversity and people. For a better respect of the grape, a manual harvest, a selective sorting grain by grain and a vinification without sulfur are carried out. With the aim of producing wines for laying down, the entire production is aged in French oak barrels (50% new barrels and 50% barrels of one wine).
