Perched between the moutians and seadside of the northern Mallorcan coastline, Conde de Suyrot Winery is a boutique estate dedicated to reviving the island’s rich winemaking tradition. Established in 2006 by Conde Fabrice de Suyrot, our winery combines a passion for craftsmanship with sustainable practices to create exceptional, small-batch wines that capture the essence of the Mediterranean.

Our Philosophy

At Conde de Suyrot, we believe in celebrating Mallorca’s unique terroir. By cultivating indigenous grape varieties such as Callet, Gorgollassa, and Malvasía, alongside select noble varietials like Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, we produce wines that embody authenticity, elegance, and balance. Each bottle reflects our commitment to quality and respect for nature, from vineyard to glass.

Our Wines

• Sa Tortuga: An elegant red blend aged in French oak barrels.

• Es Mussol: An ageworthy white wine crafted from Malvasía grapes.

• Sa Llebre: A refined red with Manto Negro and Cabernet Sauvignon.

• Es Cap Roig: A rosé wine crafted in French style.
