Welcome to the universe of the Fjord Distillery, founded in 2016 at Saint-David-de-Falardeau, our crraft distillery is the first one in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Québec, Canada. 
This passion was passed on from generation to generation while this project originated with the two brothers, Benoit and Jean-Philippe alongside their father, Serge Bouchard. 
“When our father took out our grand-father’s old still, we suspected it was in our blood” 
Our project started with a simple idea, to offer an enjoyable and a discovery experience through unique spirits. To do so, we got our inspiration from our surrounding environment, the immensity of the Saguenay Fjord, the richness of the boreal forest and the incredible pureness of the Monts-Valin’s natural spring. 
The Fjord Distillery is a family entrepreneurial adventure propelled by passion and thoroughness.
