The Domaine de Verchant, an exceptional estate located at the gates of Montpellier (5-star hotel, member of Relais & Châteaux), has been carrying on a unique winemaking heritage since 1582 (IGP OC / AOC Languedoc).

Today, we cultivate 38 hectares of certified organic vineyards across two properties – Domaine de Verchant and Château Les Mazes, acquired in 2022 – and are currently entering an ambitious new phase of development: vineyard restructuring, product identity renewal, updated packaging, and the launch of new cuvées, all with the aim of moving further upmarket.

Pebbly soils, a Mediterranean climate, and precise parcel-based work allow us to craft wines that are elegant, generous, and true to their identity. Our 100% organic portfolio is structured around three complementary universes:

• Mazette: our pleasure range – fresh and expressive, perfect for aperitifs, everyday cuisine, or street food.
• 1582: our signature range – whites, reds, rosés, and an elegant sparkling wine – characterful cuvées made to accompany fine dining.
• Marcelle & Quintina: our exceptional cuvées – small-lot, parcel-selected wines designed for haute cuisine and premium positioning.

We also complement our range with extra virgin olive oil, almonds, and a 100% Grenache grape juice – for a consistent and high-quality local offer.

We are strengthening our distribution through a selective network, particularly in France and Europe, and are now seeking partners for international expansion,
