Delicate pale pink with a delightful perfume of soft red fruits that showcase the purity of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown on chalk. The palate is fruit forward and carries the weight of a ripe vintage, with sweet red apple skins and super ripe orchard fruits on the finish.

It all started in 2015, using grapes purchased from local Hampshire vineyards we produced small batch, traditional method sparkling wines with the aim of showcasing the very best of Hampshire. After launching our wines in 2018 to critical acclaim the project has gone from strength to strength. In 2020 we secured 12ha of established vineyards across 3 sites in the beautiful Test Valley, plus a group of buildings that have been transformed into our new home, including a new Winery and Tasting Room. This has allowed us to focus in more detail on what Hampshire and these vineyards can do so well.
