Product description

Hand-picked in the northernmost botanical garden in North America, Les Jardins de Métis, the mountain pine (Pinus mugo) has grown majestically on site for over 50 years. Paired with dune pepper foraged from Québec forests, Gin Mugo reveals a refined balance of subtle resinous notes and gently spicy aromas.

Nose: Fresh and invigorating conifer notes, with bright citrus, pine, and a hint of peppery wood.

Palate: Lively and precise, marked by lemon, lime, and grapefruit. Silky texture with a dry, astringent finish and a touch of angelica.
