After more than a year refining the recipe, we are proud to present a Québec-spiced rum enhanced with caramel crafted by a local chocolatier and Québec maple syrup. Gentle vanilla notes from sweet clover mingle with aromas reminiscent of cinnamon, brought by pine nard.
