Frimas is the meeting of a vodka of exceptional purity and a small fruit we particularly cherish: sea buckthorn. The berries are locally grown in Québec and added directly during distillation to bring finesse and aromatic expression to the spirit.
Lightly fruity, Frimas stands out for its softness and supple texture. It can be enjoyed neat, on ice, or in cocktails, notably Paloma-inspired serves with grapefruit.
Nose: Fresh and crisp, with floral and botanical notes, hints of grapefruit and cucumber.
Palate: Silky and smooth with a creamy mid-palate, a clean and slightly astringent finish. Fresh pale fruit and citrus notes linger, ending with a touch of black licorice.
