Tasting notes: This Crémant offers a complex bouquet with notes of yellow fruits. On the palate, the wine is fruity and delicate.

Harvest: Hand-harvested grapes with careful selection
Vinification and ageing: Whole-bunch pneumatic pressing with juice selection. Secondary fermentation in bottle at low temperature, followed by ageing and disgorgement.
The family-owned Domaine Charles Baur has been located in Eguisheim, at the heart of the Alsace vineyard, for several generations. This independent winegrower offers the full range of Alsace wines and Crémants d’Alsace, as well as the Brand, Eichberg and Pfersigberg Grands Crus. All wines are certified organic. The grapes come exclusively from the estate’s own vineyards. Many cuvées have also received awards from specialist wine guides and the press.
