Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association (JSS) is established in 1953, currently represents about 1400 Sake brewers and 300 Shochu distillers throughout Japan as their members. With more than 500 years of history, Honkaku Shochu is a culturally rich spirit that represents the regional diversity and agricultural traditions of Japan.
