Technical notes:
A limited-edition Teran shaped by Motovun’s white soils and cool microclimate. Fermented and macerated in stainless steel for 12 months and aged to preserve varietal purity while achieving depth and balance.
Tasting notes:
Deep ruby colour with aromas of red berries, wild blackberry, blackcurrant and subtle earthy tones. The palate is robust yet refined, with lively acidity, elegant tannins and a long, persistent finish typical of top Motovun Teran.
Food pairing: Beef dishes, venison, stews, mature cheeses.
